We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

A small, fine rustico. Great well-kept garden with a beautiful view. The apartment is sparkling clean, in the kitchen everything you need is there. A beautiful place for rest and relaxation. Fausto is a reserved, helpful host. We felt very comfortable.

Staying from Tommaso to Numana was a really nice experience. The house is spacious and bright, with two wonderful outdoor spaces, one of which is particularly spacious, where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relaxing dinners in the evening. The property is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, which made our stay even more restorative. Tommaso was an exceptional host: welcoming and always ready to offer valuable advice on beaches and local amenities, which have enriched our vacation. We recommend this place for those looking for a break of serenity in a beautiful setting.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Great accommodation. Beautiful house and friendly and helpful host. Even though the host lives in the house, we did not see or hear him, it was very comfortable. We did not use the living room downstairs, we moved a small sofa to the kitchen and moved the table, it was convenient. The Internet is not very fast, but if you put the router in the kitchen to the window, then there is enough signal to watch online TV.

it was a beautiful experience, we highly recommend it, unique in its kind, the place is beautiful and you are immersed in nature with great comfort. The surroundings are beautiful and the structure is really great. We also took advantage of the spa, the night in the bubble was beautiful!! A note of excellence for Alice's welcome: super responsive in communication, she provided us with suggestions for restaurants (excellent Mangia), we even had a problem with the car and she worked to help us (on the weekend, not simple and discounted therefore).. we had all the comforts and great kindness so we were very happy and SUPERCONSIGLIAMO this experience and this structure

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Apartment as described, super equipped. The hosts are always kind and helpful, Luca and Paola make you feel at home, really prepared and passionate about what they do, it's thanks to people like you if you can enjoy great wine! Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

An unforgettable family holiday right by the sea We were able to spend a wonderful time with our family in this fantastic accommodation. The beach was right on our doorstep – an absolute luxury! On some days, we had it almost entirely to ourselves, which made the peace and relaxation perfect. The parking facilities were also ideal and hassle-free, which made the journey and our stay very pleasant. In the vicinity, you will find some charming cafés and restaurants that invite you to linger and enjoy. Overall, it was an all-round successful holiday, which will remain in our memory for a long time. We would come back anytime!

Really good stay and nice host Clean and great location

The stay at Raffaella's house was very pleasant. The apartment is as described: very cozy and clean. It is strategically located as it is within walking distance of the center while remaining in a quiet and peaceful part of the city. Bus stops are very close as well as a well-equipped supermarket. Finally, a note of merit to the very kind Giampaolo who made himself available to take us to Sirolo from Ancona station both on the way there and back. If you want to feel at home on vacation, choose this solution !!

Stayed for a long weekend with the family (2 adults and 2 children). Fantastic welcome and availability of Laura and her mom both on arrival and during the stay. The children also loved the location (which really looks like a mountain cabin with sea views!) both inside and the terrace (especially the hammock). Despite the scorching heat, a pleasant current is always generated inside, both because higher than the houses around and for the fact that they are facing the sea.

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

The apartment is incredibly sweet, cozy and VERY clean - the location is unfortunately difficult to find, but that is more due to the one-way streets and not Lucas' accommodation. Luca was available for me even very late in the evening and was very helpful. The location is wonderful - perfect to leave the car and explore the city on foot. Thank you!

Lovely place in the countryside to visit all the attractions around it. A step away from the city after a busy day out......a tranquil retreat. Matteo and his lovely wife had provided a lovely welcoming bottle of wine for when we arrived. An extra bonus in our opinion would be a toaster and a kettle....(now remember we're from New Zealand.....lol😁)
