Ninho dos Avós, as the name suggests, was the house where our grandparents lived, here we have many good memories and where we were happy with them and did not know.

Casa das Doze Ribeiras is a fully restored traditional country house. It has an apartment with a large living room and a bedroom, and a studio downstairs, in the old store. They can be rented separately or together. Outside spaces are common. It has a beautiful sea view, which on days of better visibility allows you to see the islands of São Jorge and Pico in the distance. The house faces a stream, has total privacy and is completely surrounded by nature, with large trees and green fields.

Casa do Miradouro - 2º

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old house. It's on the second floor of the house and the last floor. It has access through a rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, steakhouse and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of São Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and living room.

During your stay you can enjoy a privileged landscape of the islands of Cabras, a large stretch of sea, a magnificent sunset, the city of Angra do Heroísmo and the islands of São Jorge and Pico. UPDATE: We installed Air Conditioning in September 2025. The apartment now has AC in the Living Room and Bedrooms. 2-bedroom holiday apartment with oceanfront very well located. Just upfront the apartment is a little public access to the sea. This is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation by the oceanside and to visit the beautiful Terceira island.
