A perfect space for two couples to enjoy a comfortable space and a good central location on the island to experience and explore. We enjoyed relaxed evenings in the hot tub! Joao was a lovely and responsive host and went the extra mile for us to be comfortable.

It is a well-maintained apartment with a roof terrace. You have a lot of privacy and there is plenty of everything (towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc.) Laudalino and his family are friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Maia is a quiet and friendly village by the sea, with plenty of eateries within walking distance.

The spectacular house! Everything is very clean and super well equipped, I recommend it with my eyes closed!!!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful 20-day stay at this beautiful property in Ribeira Grande. The location couldn't be better, and the house exceeded all our expectations with its modern interior and thoughtful amenities - everything we needed was provided. What truly made our stay special was our incredible host, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The homemade dessert was such a lovely touch that perfectly showed their genuine hospitality and care for guests. We couldn't have asked for a better home base to explore São Miguel Island.
