Beachfront holiday rental in Porto District

The house of Susana , is charming , super cozy , we feel at home . Pena was the little time we enjoyed it , they were good times in the family and to improve we took our dog , who was also very well received . The only aspect I would say to improve is really the time of check out , it is quite early , I think it does not make much sense especially for those who have not been able to enjoy the house enough, which unfortunately was our case . thank you very much Susana for your sympathy with everything ! We'll be back for sure!

The house is small, but it is very well used and everything was very clean. Same or better than the pictures. It's just a few steps from the beach, which is ideal. The beds are very comfortable and allow a good rest. The kitchen, although compact, is fully equipped, and also has many utensils. It also has several tools such as an iron, dryer, fan... Whatever you are looking for and need, you will find it. The decor gives it a unique and cozy touch. Rui was always attentive and very kind. Highly recommended!

Hosts of great kindness with touching attentions for travellers, communication is fluid, very smiling and friendly. The cottage is very clean, well-equipped and fully matches the photos. We used buses, trains and Uber for our trips (shopping and visits). I highly recommend it!

Raquel was a wonderful host! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She was really helpful and provided great local recommendations. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gorgeous, creative flat! Very lively at Christmas…they play Christmas music well into the night on the pedestrian street below, and the New Year’s Eve party is a blast—literally—with fireworks. The high ceilings make it hard to heat in the winter, which was fine for this Buffalo, NY native. It’s probably the most beautiful in the spring and fall, so I’ll be back then!

Everything met expectations, a welcoming space with a good location two steps from the beach and the centre of Espinho. Mr. Vitor is always available and very friendly. Our stay was great.

The place has beautiful personalized decoration, very comfortable, spectacular dinner table chairs :) The only thing, for people who have “problems climbing stairs”, you a have everything you need (bedroom, complete wc, kitchen, etc.) downstairs, but the best terrace with a sea spectacular sea view, along with 2 other bedrooms, is on the second floor.. The 5 star host Tiago, was always available. Surely recommend!

We had a pleasant stay in the dune house, the bedding is perfect, and the apartment is very clean. The terrace is very nice, facing the ocean with a magnificent view of the sunset. There is a nice walk along the beach, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen is very good, there is an oven and even a dishwasher. It just lacks a few kitchen accessories such as a salad spinner, there is only one salad bowl for example, it lacks a bit of equipment for people who really want to cook. And the only negative point is the noise of the road, cars and motorcycles pass very quickly at night, it is less disturbing with the window closed but it was hot, and we slept with the window open. We are delighted with our stay and the house is as described.

Great stay, good location and as described. Amazing support after our stay. We forgot a tablet in the appartment and they were amazing helping us out to have it ship to our home. Very efficient and supportive.

exceptional host, I've never had a host like that. Extremely kind, helpful and responsive, Rui is extremely professional and that's how to welcome. Rui was present when we arrived to give us the keys. He generously offered us breakfast and then advised us on many activities and restaurants nearby. The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

The quiet area with dunes and sea views, a great bed and a great shower, were fundamental elements of our experience in this apartment. The most unpleasant thing was the communication with those responsible for the accommodation: all the people I exchanged messages with were kind and diligent to respond but the fact that they referred us to a website asking for more data and more procedures (in addition to those provided here on Airbnb) made me angry and frustrated. In this process of exchanging messages I had to do what I consider a disproportionate effort for a simple booking. For the sake of the next guests, I hope you can improve on the simplification of the process! I appreciate the flexibility and kindness you had at check-in and check-out!

I can’t describe in words how beautiful this stay was. The view is amazing at every corner you look at. Susana was very helpful and the place is more beautiful than the pictures I was sad to leave but I’d definitely come back!

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous week at Lettia. It is about 25 minutes away from downtown Porto and right across the river from Matosinhos; which is a lovely city in itself. There are so many restaurants in the area you can eat in or get take out. The villa was exactly as pictured and our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We had breakfast delivered everyday which consisted of an abundance of breads and pastries and fresh orange juice. They also stocked the fridge prior to our arrival with cheese, fruit, water, milk, ham and yogurt. You are not too far from the beach and can enjoy Leca da Palmeira or the beach in Matosinhos. The e-bikes were great to use to go the grocery store. Rita and her Dad made us feel right at home and were extremely responsive. Thank you for a terrific stay.

The apartment is lovely and has a gorgeous view. It is a little far from the center of town, if that is a consideration, but for us it was very nice.

Beautiful apartment in a delightful area. The views from the sleeping loft were stupendous. The area is safe and quiet, with restaurants nearby and cute streets to explore, plus river and ocean. Ariana's recommendations were excellent and she was so responsive as a host. She usually answered me within 10 minutes! She is warm and friendly, helping to make my stay in Porto memorable. I was able to cook some meals on the well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay at Antonio's, the boat is quiet and close to everything: restaurants, beach, water activities... Antonio is very welcoming and explains everything well. The place is super clean, the sheets are fresh. An ideal retreat from the world for a few days. I'll be back!

This place was perfect for our stay. We had a tough time finding this place, roads are very different from where we live. Andrea was great, she met us hopped in the car with us and directed to the place. Wish we had more time to explore the area. Beautiful location, near the water with lots to do. We took the 20 minute bus ride to downtown Porto however opted to take a Bolt back. Highly recommend you to stay at Andrea’s and Ricardo’s place when visiting Porto!

We loved our stay in Filipe’s wonderful apartment. It has everything you need. It is in a fabulous location close to the beach and restaurants.
