Breathtaking Secluded Pool Villa with Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Villa - Ancient Epidavros

The house is in a peaceful green area with a stunning view of the sea and the orange-tree-filled valley, 5 min walk from the beach with facilities for swimmers, 10 min walk from the village and the small ancient theater of Epidavros. 10 min drive from the most famous ancient theater in the world, the large theater of Epidavros, 30-60 min drive from the city of Nafplion, the archeological site of Mycenae, the Corinth Isthmus canal, Methana volcanic spa, the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses.

My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Villa Salanti

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Inside the house, you'll find two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with comfortable seating, and one and a half bathrooms. In the evenings, a terrace provides a perfect place to witness spectacular sunsets. Aditionally, the villa promotes environmental responsibility by relying on solar energy harvested from its rooftop.

This villa offers comfortable accommodation for 12 persons.

Located in Kamini and only 10 minutes away from the port, our apartment is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. It offers a private swimming area while being one step away from all Hydra’s famous beaches! You can also find many local restaurants -even a supermarket- nearby and enjoy your meal right by the sea! My brand-new apartment with a minimalist decor is located in Mandrakia within easy walking distance from the port of Ermioni (4 minutes). It is fully-equipped with two bedrooms (double-size beds), free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen, a 50-inch smart TV (plus Netflix) and a huge balcony with a breathtaking seaview. We can offer you cleaning service on extra charge upon request.

Antonia's Guest House - Sea View Room

This room is located in Kamini area. It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s. It's been renovated recently and provides you a private balcony with splendid views of the ocean. You will enjoy peaceful moments hearing and gazing the sea, while only a few steps keep you away.

Villa Artemis is located in Agios Emilianos, the most desirable and exclusive area of Porto Heli. It is a luxurious villa surrounded by a beautiful wooded and landscaped garden. The villa has a wonderful view of the sea opposite Spetses Island with a direct and private access to the beach.
