Domus delle Stelle 2 is a one-of-a-kind Manor House in typical Sardinian style, unique in its kind and in the entire area. Surrounded by a 200,000 sqm natural park bordering the Gutturu Mannu natural park, an oasis of enormous natural interest with the presence of free-roaming deer and fallow deer. A few minutes from the beautiful Is Molas Golf course, and from the town of Pula you will find the Archaeological site of Nora, as well as its beaches. Just 15-20 minutes away, you will find the beautiful beaches of Chia.

Villa Sa Rocca, Manna

The beautiful Villa Sa Rocca Manna is located in the village of Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with private entrances and outdoor spaces. This holiday home combines modern comfort with rustic charm and has 2 floors. It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
