The house has a very privileged location. A 3-minute walk to the riverside area and a 5-minute drive to Praia da Rocha, the house is inserted in a typical neighborhood of the city and has the ideal conditions for a great stay for those looking for rest and fun. It has a very nice porch for a relaxing end of the afternoon. The barbecue is great for those that likes a good roast.
