Quiet neighborhood with very light traffic, palm trees, nicely gardened areas and lots of parking. The Country Club (where pools, jacuzzi, tennis and bar are located) is a short 5 minute walk away. The indoor pool is heated from November to April. You can enjoy multiple nearby beaches within a 5 minute drive. Shopping in the area is very convenient with many options less than 5 minutes by car (Aqua Shopping Center, Nova Vila Retail Park, Continente and Intermarché supermarkets).

It was fully refurbished and decorated to be my personal small gallery with some Ocean related photographs of my choice, to provide the best quality time during guest’s stay.
