The Casa Nova apartment is located on a 2000 m² property.

Located in Porticcio, our apartment has a garden of about 350 m2 where palm trees and olive trees grow around the pool. From there, the view extends to the sea. A wooden terrace offers different spaces: meals with barbecue and plancha, lounge, swimming pool, solarium (sunbathing) and billiards. The pool is equipped with a motorized shutter.
