The semi-detached house benefits from incredible sea and mountain views and has been awarded a 5 star rating by Visit Wales. Tegfryn sleeps 8 people (plus one cot). There is spacious living accommodation downstairs with a kitchen/ diner, a front lounge, a rear sitting room and a WC. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs; two king (one with en-suite), one twin and one bunk. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs.

Beautiful ground floor apartment with fabulous views of Snowdonia and Glaslyn estuary. Garden is adjacent to Porthmadog Harbour. The sitting room looks directly onto the Harbour where you can watch the boats, trains, bird life and ever changing sea and sky. The property is on the Welsh Coastal Path. There is a free numbered parking space outside the apartment. It is in a very quiet spot, but also very close (walking distance) to shops, cafes and pubs and the Ffestiniog steam railway station.

The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The building is detached, self-contained & set away from the owner's house with a shared driveway and access up to Llyn Mair (only 15 mins away) from a garden entrance.
