The downstairs apartment has a locked door with its own private entry and offers 4 beds, fresh linens, a TV, kitchenette, & WiFi access.

The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $50 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds.
