On the 1st floor we find 1 double room, the full bathroom with shower of Hansgrohe of 26 cm, open kitchen to the living room with sofa-bed that is turn to single bed. It has a large 24 m2 terrace, with electric awning, teka and chill-out table area with sofa set, armchairs and table. On the ground floor it has a room area with a single sofa bed. Capacity for 3 people (2 of them sleeping in ppal room and another on the ground floor). It has A/C and Wi-Fi. It is completely renovated, has parquet. All furnishings and appliances are new. The house has 2 entrances, on the 1st floor is accessed directly from the elevator, and the ground floor is at lobby level. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer and everything you need to have a pleasant stay.
