Shower room with washing machine. Terrace, large awning, garden furniture and plancha for convivial evenings. Quiet residence (pedestrian exterior) with parking.

No smoking! :( A cozy one-bedroom apartment for 1 or 2 people maximum. Adjoining our house, it has a separate entrance. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The town center is within walking distance (numerous local shops). Hiking trails are nearby. The sea is a 40-minute walk, 20 minutes by mountain bike (on gravel paths), or 5 minutes by car. There are sports facilities nearby. Don't hesitate to air out the apartment. A breeze is more effective than air conditioning :)

The house is also equipped with a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and a living room with sofa bed. Upstairs, the sleeping area with a double bed 160 x 200 and a trundle bed of 90 x 190. Free and closed parking.
