The Mar y Sol Condo is a family friendly condominium consisting of only 8 units, very private and half a block from a beach public access point. The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. It has been newly furnished to have a modern feel, includes internet and cable, must see to appreciate! Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed/ full bath in the master room, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with shared full bath. Maximum occupancy-5 persons. Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

This condo sleeps 8 comfortably and is conveniently located at the very center of the resort. This provides access to both heated and non heated pools, BBQ area, kids playground & tennis/padel courts, all within a minute walk. The beach is about a 1-2 minute walk. The distance is just enough to be away from the crowds and have a quiet, relaxing and private time on the balcony.

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place. We are 20 min. from beautiful South Padre Island and 10 min. from most shopping areas and 15 min. from famous Glady’s Porter Zoo. Brownsville Int’l Airport is less than 5 minutes away and 15 minutes from SpaceX Launch Facility on Boca Chica Beach. Our unit has A/C, free Wi-Fi, 3 TV’s, free parking, and a full kitchen w/kitchenware. We have one queen bed and two full beds that sleeps a total of 6 persons confortable.
