New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Local convenient store and country pub (The Poundffald Inn) within 5 minutes walk. Situated on the gateway to the Gower Peninsula which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with award winning beaches, woodlands and beauty spots to explore. A 17 minute drive to Mumbles and Swansea Bay with boutique shopping, pier and castle.

The atmosphere in the "Guesthouse" is one of relaxation and comfort, a "home from home" feel is achieved through a high standard of cleanliness, solid but stylish furniture and fittings, colour coordination and that little bit of magic. It is set out to individual needs of each guest so they can quickly de-stress and relax. the private garden and patio, is a lovely area for an evening salad or a glass of wine. With fast WiFi and off road parking it is a perfect base to holiday or to work from.

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. It is also ideally located for people attending weddings at Fairy Hill (Oldwalls). The cottage sleeps up to six people, although two beds are in a mezzanine above the kitchen (access via a pull-down ladder). This area is not suitable for very young children or for elderly guests.
