Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Port Elliot

Wow. Words cannot describe the tranquillity of Peta's place. Nestled in nature, it was our home away from home. It was cosy and quiet, a perfect retreat after a busy day of sightseeing or a disappointing night watching your footy team lose 😔 at Gather Round. Would definitely recommend.

Haven on Herrick was such a wonderful stay for my family of seven. For such a large space it felt warm and welcoming with thoughtful attention to detail and luxurious inclusions. The short walk to the absolutely stunning Sellicks beach was a real surprise. We’ve experienced lots of Airbnb’s as a family over the years and Renee’s place is up there at the top. Thanks for your help and communication Renee, it was a pleasure all round.

The house was incredible - exactly as described. 360 views of vineyards, a beautiful yard with fenced pool that was perfect for our young boys to run around and ride bikes, and very comfortable beds. We did a big cook up one night and the kitchen was well equipped. A large indoor dining table and outdoor dining table, and a large family area with big screen tv and lovely warming fireplace. Aircon throughout. On a cold May night it was very cozy! I would highly recommend this property, we were 7 adults and 2 kids and slept here very comfortably.

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They couldn’t do enough for us. We loved our stay in their beautifully presented property.

Another fabulous stay at Deep Creek Retreat. The warm fire on our arrival was very welcoming and appreciated after travelling in stormy weather. We love to stroll around the beautiful garden with our dog. Thankyou for sharing the rewards of your hard work with us!

Magnificent weekend away with my besties. The spectacular view, the sounds of the ocean and the beautiful weather made this weekend just perfect. Another added bonus was seeing farm animals and kangaroos around the property. We also enjoyed the lovely decorated house and cosy comfort. We took in the views, chilled out, cooked all our own meals and drank SA wine. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were kind enough to let us check in a little earlier on the day. Just over an hour drive from the city, this property is a rare gem.

Great accommodation- perfectly located between beach and cafes. House well equipped and spacious. Beds very comfortable for beach house! Kelly very responsive and thank you for the wine and chocolates. Cannot fault this accommodation at all. It’s very reasonably priced. Thank you. We will definitely be rebooking.

This is a great place to stay. The bedrooms are perfect for a good night's sleep. We were warm and cosy inside with a peaceful outlook through beautiful big windows onto the vines.

Ann Marie was extremely accommodating even extending our check out time without even requesting it. The place was just as the pictures showed and checking in was extremely easy. Much recommended for others to stay here

Beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean. Amazing view and such a beautiful sunset on the balcony. The house is modern, clean and has so much for the family to do together but also the rooms are spaced out enough to get quiet time alone. Had a great time staying at the Salty Seagull.

Had a lovely stay at Warraglen. The property was as described with beautiful views across the gully. We spent a lot of our time relaxing on the couch with the fireplace on and just staring out the big windows. The kitchen had all required equipment and essential ingredients, the cofee pods, milk and bottle of wine in the fridge was appreciated. Host and concierge were both responsive. The owners who lived upstairs were also very friendly and let our bub play on the play equipment. The alpacas were also great at keeping bub entertained. Location was excellent for what we were after, just a few minutes drive to all popular wineries and attractions. Would definitely recommend and will be back for another peaceful stay.

Lovely scenery with a view of the hills, beach and animals on the properties. Short drive from the pristine carrickalinga beach and Normanville town. A very generous welcome pack was provided. Be aware the property can be shared with other residents in 2 other apartments.

Just the two of us staying again for the second time we have stayed here. Happy to go back again, so clean, comfortable, great view, you feel relaxed soon as you walk in. We didn’t want to leave. Host is fantastic to deal with. Thanks for everything Graham.

We absolutely loved our stay! It had all the space we needed and it was clean and private. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed and the welcome platter was so lovely and much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Ange!

Lovely area, lots for the kids to do and safe. Close to the beach and a lovely walk along the beach to the Life Saving Club. House was nice but provisions in the kitchen very basic. We had a lovely weekend.

Absolutely amazing stay! The bath overlooking the vineyards and the starry sky was pure magic — an unforgettable experience. The bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, and the aesthetics throughout the place were stunning. Every detail was thoughtfully curated. A dreamy escape — highly recommend!

Inspiring decor and surroundings. Casa del mar was a gorgeous getaway for my family and I with all the essential amenities. We spent the weekend admiring the interiors, layout and view. There’s lot to do, we played pool, finska, puzzles, went on walks and watched movies at night. We hope to be back again

Our family stayed at Lapito House to celebrate Christmas and it was everything we wished for. The accommodation feels luxurious and the location is magical. We spent hours relaxing and enjoying each other’s company on the front deck, which overlooks rolling hills, farm animals and wonderful wildlife. Pia is an excellent host and we felt extremely welcome.

A wonderful place to stay - easy walkable distance to both the beach and the Main Street for places to eat. Great indoor and outdoor spaces - Anne was a very welcoming and friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!
