Our house is close to cafés, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

It is a quiet and relaxed area, very close to restaurants, services, playgrounds and the beach. You don't need a car, you can walk everywhere. The house has, on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a bedroom. And on the first floor, with bathroom, chill out and large room with access to the sea.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

Completely refurbished House in the hearht of the town, nearby the square church, with fantastic see and mountain views. The house has 3 charming bedroom and 2 bathroms. Kitchen and livingroom with great views to the see and mountains. 5 mins walking to the village supermarkt and restaurants and 20 to the cove in Deia.
