My mum, my sister and I really liked it there 🤗 We enjoyed every day of our little family vacation - especially the tranquility as well as the three beaches nearby… Also, the staff is doing an excellent job at taking care of the residents👌🏻 Me and my boyfriend are thinking about coming soon too… With the easy and flexible check-in, the peace and quiet of the apartments, and the many things/places to discover in the area, this gem is definitely worth visiting!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exactly what we were looking for. Relaxing & quiet little fishing village. Boho chic villa. Instantly felt comfortable and safe. Laurence is a lovely, welcoming host.

A gem of an apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really hope to have the opportunity to return. The location was perfect for us. It was great to be able to walk to the shops in under 10 minutes while feeling so far away from everything on the peaceful terrace with the most stunning view. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a fun trip away and the hosts were incredibly helpful. Five stars all round!

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation has an incredibly beautiful view and is fully equipped. The landlady was always available and the contact was friendly and we got a lot of tips.

We had a super uncomplicated and flexible check-in. The apartment was very clean and has an extremely beautiful location with direct views of the water in the first row also from the main bedroom! There is also a really large balcony that is perfect for breakfast as well as for looking at the stars in the evening. Even with a restaurant directly below the accommodation, the scenery is very pleasant. Supermarkets and very good restaurants are within 1-5 minutes' walk. It's really a recommendation if you are between 2-5 people! We will be happy to come back. 🤝

We stayed in this flat for a week and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean, and the location is perfect. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea view, and the flat is really well-equipped – it has everything you need! All the utensils and items listed on Airbnb were there, just as described. The only thing to mention is the parking situation. There is a free parking area, but it’s very popular. Most of the time we were lucky and got a spot, but occasionally we had to park on the street, which was also quite full. All in all, it’s a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was spotless, with all amenities you could need. The balcony offered some of the best views on the island, overlooking the beautiful port and amazing mountain side. Parking is a little difficult surrounding the apartment if you do get a hire car, however we found it easy enough parking on Camí des Cingle, only a short but hilly 10 minute walk from apartment. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay during our 4 nights :)

Very nice house in a prime location right on the beach! Super clean, everything very well maintained. The gardeners come three times a week, the cleaning lady once a week. Separate electricity billing very transparent and reasonable. Raquel was available at any time. The only drawback: Wi-Fi cannot be switched off separately. That means microwave radiation 24/7! Personally, it leads to headaches, dizziness, blood pressure crises, etc. According to the landlord, the Wi-Fi is indispensable for the function of the building services... Another problem: The pressure water pump for fresh water in the basement is so loud and shrill that you actually cannot sleep in any bedroom on the ground floor. You can't even hear the pool pump in the basement garage. Great! It was not possible to determine why a water pump must be so loud that no one can sleep! After 3 days of agony, it was found that the garden line has a leak, and therefore an incredible amount of expensive water is lost

It is a beautiful accommodation, which is quietly located and yet everything in the village can be easily reached on foot. In 5 minutes you are in the harbour where there is also the possibility to go swimming. Everything you need is available in the apartment, we felt very comfortable.

Everything was impeccable...very nice accommodation in a superb neighborhood...only inconvenience the opening of the door...if you are not in computer it's not obvious...but it's true that you have to put it on the page...thank you for a good stay..

Bartolome is a great Host. Clear communications and suggestions. One small query on arrival was answered immediately. You will not get a better location in Pollensa - 50 meters from the beach, yet private enough and quite. Having seen comments on previous reviews, I can confirm all the furniture was modern and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. The most wonderful part was the full sized roof terrace with 360 degree views of the mountains. town and the sea. Sun beds, Sun shade, outdoor shower and Barbeque all at your disposal. I would definitely go back.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.

The apartment has beautiful views from the balcony and the bedroom window. Judy was very helpful and has good recommendations for locations nearby. The apartment is 2 minute walk uphill from the centre of the port. If you rent a car, free parking was a little difficult but still manageable with a short walk to nearby streets. We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend :)
