Very comfortable apartment close to everywhere in this beautiful coastal town, which has a unique charm. Located a few meters from a beautiful beach, with numerous restaurants where you can taste very different types of cuisine. The house we rent is my family's vacation home, we are in love with this area and we always come back with our batteries recharged. We have staff in town who can meet any need that may arise. Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.
