Beachfront holiday rental in Port de Pollença

We called this place home for 8 weeks (mid-Feb to mid-April) and it really felt like one. The biggest draw here is the location. It’s on the quiet end of Pine Walk so, when the crowds arrive, you still have a sanctuary. The fact that the sea is a 30 second walk away is incredible and the location couldn’t be better. We came as a family with two toddlers and two dogs and the setup was perfect. Large patio, enclosed, plenty of internal space, two separate “wings” so you can have privacy if there’s a few of you here. Yes, there is a bit of clutter and a few things need touching up, but we barely noticed this during our stay. As for Guillermo… an absolute gentleman and incredible friendly and helpful. Despite my basic Spanish, we made it work. Provided coffee, beer, basics, which was a lovely surprise. If you’re looking for accommodation right on the water in Port de Pollença, you’ll struggle to find anything better than this.

We are very happy with our stay. Beautiful view and quiet. We have benefited well. We highly recommend. Our great regret was that we were not able to enjoy the pool as it was not heated.

Recommended! Very well equipped apartment, perfect with children with direct beach access, beautiful view. The apartment is very clean. Joana is very attentive and adapts to our check-in and check-out times. Sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. for your information, electricity is to be paid at the end of the stay.

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

There were four of us in the apartment for a week and we felt very comfortable. The amenities were as described, everything present and in good condition. Paula was always available and available to us. The location is great for exploring the surroundings. We had a rental car and for us it was a perfect base. Beach and also restaurants very easily accessible on foot, even with toddler. The street in front of the house is not very passable and does not disturb at all! We will be happy to come back!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Location was very good, we had a car and parking wasn't a problem. At the time we stayed the pool was too cold to use but looked clean and tidy. Short walk to the beach and also to town centre. James from the management company attended to issues and communicated promptly. All in all a pleasant stay.

If you’re lucky enough to be reading this review, it means you have found this appt. Book it now, it’s the most spectacular part of Mallorca, the view is WORLD CLASS. We didn’t book restaurants in the evening as our view was so stunning on the terrace, we didn’t want to leave. the sea for snorkelling is brilliant, and the pool was often quiet with a view of the sea - perfect. it truly is a piece of heaven! We can’t wait to go back.

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We had such an amazing stay here! Paco is a wonderful host and made our family feel at place. He was accommodating for all of my children and went out of his way to treat us. Would recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. We were on vacation with our family in Mallorca (2 adults, 2 children (1 year and 4 years)). Before that, we spent a few days in an all-inclusive hotel, which was much too loud and hectic for us. This place was our salvation, finally peace and a view like a dream. It has everything you need, even toys for the kids and mosquito nets for the windows. The area is quiet, there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were traveling without a car, which worked well. We all liked it very much, we would love to come back :) Toni responds very quickly to messages and is very accommodating and helpful, we felt right at home.

The apartment was in a wonderful location with a knockout view and had all the amenities we needed. Maria was helpful and communicative, and the welcome pack was a really nice touch. If you're looking for a place to stay in Port De Pollenca this would be ideal.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

A modern home with fantastic views, private beach access and private garage. The balcony and the roof terrace are super nice. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, even for children. Communication with Pilar was smooth and reliable. We recommend the place without restrictions. Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!
