Holiday houses in Port d'Alcúdia

Xesca is a lovely host and was very helpful and understanding ref a mix up at check in. Xesca had left a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits for our arrival a very thoughtful touch. She had also left in milk as requested thank you. Apartment very near the beach and the promenade and shops. The apartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were leaflets about other tourist attractions and some novels which were useful. we enjoyed our break tremendously.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist geräumig. Man findet immer ein tolles Plätzchen draußen und die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig. Dennoch kann man gut in die Stadt und zum Strand laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher.

Wir waren 10 Tage vor Ort in diesem wunderbaren Haus mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Das ganze Haus war super sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen. Die Kinder hatten speziell Freude daran frische Eier bei den Hühnern zu suchen, Orangen zu pflücken und im Pool zu schwimmen.

Rien à dire car tout était bien et conforme au descriptif.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

Un séjour très agréable dans un très bel environnement , au calme. L’appartement est charmant et bien équipé et alexandra repondra à toutes vos questions et sera de bons conseils. Je recommande vivement

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit viel Charme. Man hat sehr viel Platz, ist also bestens für mehrere Leite geeignet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig man hört nur gelegentlich mal ein Auto vorbei fahren. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum, auch im Frühling haben wir dort viel Zeit verbracht. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut, wir haben immer direkt eine Antwort bekommen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!! Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement de Joan. Le logement est conforme aux photos et il y a énormément d'espace. Les nuits sont calmes. La terrasse avec vue sur la montagne est vraiment agréable. Le logement est situé dans une petite ville typique éloignée des grosses zones touristiques. Il y a de la vie et nous avons eu la chance de profiter de fêtes locales. Le stationnement est toujours possible dans la rue. Joan est un hôte réactif. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée.

Maria is lovely host who is always available, responds quickly and has good reccomendations for Restaurants etc. We arrived on a public holiday and she has done some shopping for us :) The house is big and has a fantastic view. You can walk 2 minutes to the sea.
