Very good stay at Maria's, easy to find house, very functional and clean. Too bad there is a room that is not air-conditioned, that's why I don't but not 5 stars. But despite everything I recommend this house is well located and quiet. Thanks Maria .

We had a wonderfully quiet vacation. The house is located in the small village of Betlem and was a great starting point for excursions and hikes. We especially liked the coastal hiking trail to two turquoise bays. It starts almost behind the house. Unfortunately, the village of Betlem is shaded behind a mountain range and now in autumn the sun only appeared later in the morning. In the village, there is a mini supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning. In summary, it can be said that we lacked nothing in our short vacation.

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is the place to be. We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The small fincar is very idyllically located and equipped with everything you need. We particularly liked the seating area in front of the house. From there we could watch the neighbors chickens +rooster, who visited us more often. We were also able to start cycling directly from the house, even if the 1.3 km long access road was not paved throughout. Xiasca was always easily accessible for us. For us, there was absolutely nothing to complain. We had a wonderful one. Vacation and would be happy to come back.

Super villa, very well located (but you can hear the street a little). Everything was very clean and well maintained and communication with the provider was impeccable, even with minor problems!

A beautifully located house in quiet surroundings – perfect for a relaxing break. The kitchen could be a little more extensive (more glasses, cutting boards, casseroles would be helpful). The furniture on the roof terrace is unfortunately damaged, but otherwise the house is very cozy and well furnished. The fast and friendly contact with the rental was particularly positive. Overall a good stay!

Perfect stay! Very pleasant apartment in a typical town, very well located for visiting the island. Convenience stores and restaurant a few minutes' walk away.
