Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Port Aransas

Natalie was a phenomenal host! She was responsive to all our questions from beginning to end. Her positive and honest customer service allowed us to enjoy the rather spacious family home with our children. We have a large family and this home had so much to do for both parents and children. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as downtown Rockport. We will definitely be booking this house rental in the near future!

Words cannot describe how peaceful and amazing this house was.. you are literally 5 min walk from the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and friendly neighbors. The house is extremely clean and very well decorated. they play great music too greet you. A place you will definitely not be disappointed with..

Very nice, clean, well-kept place with plenty of room and comfort. It is within walking distance from HEB and has many good restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

It far exceeded our expectations! We felt right at home and the house was in a peaceful, beautiful location. The owners left fishing gear and a crabbing basket and we loved sitting on the dock fishing! This is a great location for families!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. * Checkin and checkout were easy. * Good communication with host; quick responses. * house was clean, well furnished and spacious * Beds were firm but comfortable; pillows of different firmness available * Cold AC and fans worked well. * Shower worked well and handheld shower heads were a plus; hot water limited when both showers are in use; body wash/shampoo/conditioner are provided. * Kitchen is set for cooking & eating meals; basic spices provided * No dishwasher available; dish detergent provided * Keurig dual coffee maker (k-pods & drip coffee) is provided; bring your own k-pods and coffee grounds; instant coffee with creamer & sugar is provided * Garage for parking car was available, but we didn’t use it * Neighborhood is quiet & safe. * Washer/dryer work well; detergent provided. * Roku TV has plenty of streaming apps * Short drive to stores/restaurants and hwy * Charcoal grill worked fine. NOTES: bring mosquito repellent for outdoors

This place was absolutely perfect for us! Our dog loved the backyard and it was really awesome being able to grill and enjoy the spa! The kitchen had everything we needed. Louis is a very responsive and informative host and there were treats in a welcome basket for us when we first walked in the door, which made us feel right at home. Definitely would stay again.

This was a perfect vacation stay felt like home away home our two family party requesting to comeback location is right around the corner from the beach. The property is well maintained and had plenty of room for all of us. Had a minor issue with the garbage disposal but maintenance made sure we were aware of it and it was taken care of before our first night there. Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much Timothy for not only allowing a flexible early check in to give us the convenience of getting situated before enjoying the beautiful surroundings. He went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding check in process and a question that arised during our stay and promptly responded to me. The place was exactly as pictured. The balcony with rocking chairs was nice in the morning with a cup of coffee. The fishing pier and pool that is private to those staying on the property was the best part. This made it easy to never leave the condo and allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence and giving us an opportunity to enjoy it!

The Texas Pearl was a nice home. Very nice coffee bar with lots of options. The house was comfortable and nicely set up. Diana supplied necessities in case you forgot. Which was a nice surprise. Home was a little difficult to locate with the navigation. Suggest to follow owners instructions.

I enjoyed our stay! The location was nice! Secluded but also just a couple blocks from restaurants and the main road! We walked along the boat docks and saw a dolphin! My daughter enjoyed seeing the dolphin and the fish that swam along, she also enjoyed the pool! Would definitely stay again!
