This was our second stay at Beacharita and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house is great for families and is appointed with everything you could ever need. The pool is so nice. There is so much outdoor living space here so the property feels even bigger. The beds were cozy, rooms and bathrooms clean. Loved being in the golf cart zone! Loved having shaded parking for our cars and golf cart. Loved having a fenced yard for our dogs to roam safely. We will stay here again next time we come down.

Staying at this Airbnb was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the beach, to the mall, etc. Yet quiet enough for a relaxing retreat. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We have rented many houses for vacations and baseball tournaments and this house by far was the best one out of all of them! We were in town for a baseball tournament and had 15 guests for a 5 day weekend. The house is much more spacious in person so we never felt cramped and the kids had plenty of space to hang out. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the house was spotless and the linens were clean! All of our guests commented on how comfortable the beds and pillows were, which gave us all good nights rest. The big backyard is beautiful along with the nice size swimming pool. You can definitely tell that this house is taken care of well. Our host was quick to reply to any questions we had and was very friendly and professional. We definitely would stay here again because this house was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay while here. Everything was exactly as described. It suited our family’s needs perfectly. We needed a room four our young adult sons. They traded off between the twin and full sized bed. We needed utilized the kitchen for our breakfast and lunch. All towels were on beds for us. The house was clean and orderly. The AC worked well. We utilized the outdoor shower and faucet to rinse off before heading inside. We will definitely stay again.

My only regret is not finding this place sooner and not staying long enough! Can not say enough good things about it! We loved the porch and the close proximity to the beach. The condo had everything you need to completely unplug and never have to leave the condo or beach. So many nice touches from snacks, to extra toothbrushes, to full coffee bar, to books/puzzles/games. The clubhouse downstairs was fun too and may kids were able to be down there without me worrying about them. Very clean too! I know that many people bring their pets, but you couldn’t even tell dogs had been there besides the clean dog bowls. We will definitely be staying again!

Very nice and spacious. Very clean. We really didn't need more than coffee and making eggs in the morning, but it has full kitchen if you need to cook. Attention to details.

Great place, excellent location close to a nice beach spot. Many restaurants and stores around, the host was great, quick responses, very helpful and friendly. Perfect place for families, would definitely come back.

We stayed here for our trip down to Corpus and I highly recommend it. The pool was generally pretty quiet and calm and the community of people were also very friendly and considerate. The house itself was beautiful and very well taken care of, one of the best trips ever!
