Modern Cozy Cottage in Luleå, Fireplace, underfloor heating

The cabin is a compact accommodation solution of 20 m2 + a patio. In the cabin, there are two 80 cm beds that can be pushed together to make a 160 cm bed if you want to snuggle up a bit. The cottage also has a sofa bed that can accommodate two adults. The cottage is primarily intended for 2 people or 2 + a child. The cottage was completely renovated in 2026 and has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. Cast slab on ground with underfloor heating. Enjoy the lovely view of the lake. Ample Parking.

In winter, an ice road is plowed around the headland, which is used extensively by strollers, skaters and joggers. A comfortable accommodation with central Luleå's cultural and restaurant offerings, beaches, ice road, fireplaces, walking paths, park, museum, grocery store within 10 minutes walking distance.

Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

The Yellow Villa

Cozy room with private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Free parking and electric car charging. Close to Ormberget with ski trails and sledding hill in winter, MTB, running and outdoor gym in summer. Only 200 meters to the swimming area and the possibility to rent a kayak/canoe. Beautiful view of the fjord. Bus 100 meters away and a nice 20-minute walk along the water to the city center. Perfect if you want both nature and the city nearby!
