Here you live perfectly located between Hammerfest, Alta and Nordkapp, with a short distance to everything the region has to offer. In winter, you will find snowmobile trails, alpine facilities and cross-country trails nearby – and when the darkness falls, the northern lights dance right over the cabin. In summer, the midnight sun, hiking, salmon fishing, berry picking and the world's northernmost golf course just 7 km away await you.

Hot tub can be booked during summer. Distance from the cabin: Skaidi 10 min Alta/Hammerfest 1 hour North Cape 2 hours Central and good starting point if you want to explore West Finnmark. Parking: Summer: approx. 70 meters Winter: about 500 meters from the cabin. You have to walk about 500 meters. Good shoes, clothes and headlamp must be brought.

Newly built log cabin of about 75 m2 with large veranda. Living room with sofa, chair and wood burning. Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and pleasant dining room. Large bedroom with double bed. Small bedroom with a baby bed. Large loft with two rooms and four mattresses. Bathroom with whirlpool tub. The cabin has a great view of the upper part of Lakselva. Road all the way up. The cabin does not have TV or Wi-Fi, so here you get peace and quiet. We can assist with tips for attractions, tours and recommendations in general.

This is a luxurious outdoor experience in the raw and beautiful nature of Finnmark. You can enjoy the peaceful surroundings outside, or relax indoors in the living room while watching the Northern Lights through the large panoramic windows. For international guests, the easiest way to reach the property is by flying to Lakselv or Alta Airport and renting a car. You can park your car conveniently right in front of the entrance, and an EV charger is available for use at the cabin (NOK 100/ day).

Final cleening incl. rental of bed linen and towels. WINTER: If you drive from/to Alta in Nov.-April, strong wind and snow can cause closed mountain-roads across Sennalandet and Hatter. Alt. route via Kautokeino/Karasjok is a 5-6 hour drive. If the road up to the house has to be plowed during your stay, you must pay NOK 600 per plowing.

The cabin is located completely by itself 100m from Lakselva, and has its own fishing place by the river which can be rented in addition to the cabin in the period 01jun-15sep contact me for booking. High probability of seeing the northern lights(aurora borealis) in the period from August 15th - April 15th. Easy access with car and a large parking space right by the cottage. Rental car is possible to rent. About 3km to center of Lakselv. About 190km to Northcape. About 70km to Sapmi park.

Velkommen til hytta vår, som ligger i et rolig område ved en innsjø. Hytta har utsikt over innsjøen, og en kan oppleve nordlys og midnattssol fra stuevinduet. Området har varierte muligheter for hiking, friluftsliv og opplevelser hele året. Spør oss gjerne om tips :) OBS! Sovehemsen er delvis åpen, og egner seg ikke for små barn. Små barn kan bruke soverom, sovesofa i stua, eller en flyttbar gulvmadrass. Hytta har en varmtvannstank på 120 liter, det er varmtvann til 3 - 4 personer.
