Family-friendly holiday rentals in Porlezza

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Der Gastgeber Andrea war wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfbereit. Er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Bus / Shuttle Bus konnte ist Varenna sehr gut erreichbar. Es war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben :)

What a beautiful view—this place is truly magical, especially if you’re visiting with a significant other. In my case, I was here to make appointments for a property I recently purchased, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. It was peaceful, calming, and a welcome escape between meetings. A serene atmosphere with stunning surroundings—I couldn’t have asked for more.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Very helpful communicative host. Helped us to get a taxi to the train station. Very helpful in giving suggestions and even helped with dinner reservation. It was like staying in a hotel but having your own apartment. Very clean! Great location. Highly recommend!

Sonia's Airbnb is breathtaking. The view of Lake Como is even more beautiful than the photos in the listing. Sonia is a wonderful host - she provides recommendations, answered all of my questions and always made sure that we had everything we needed. I wished we had explored the lake with her on her sailboat so if you get the opportunity I would book it! The only thing I would advise future renters is that the road to Sonia's Airbnb in Brunate is VERY, VERY narrow and winds around and around. It is very easy to get lost and go down the wrong street. If you're renting car, try to get the smallest car possible - it will help you to maneuver the narrows roads. There is a funicular stop close to the house so you could walk there and take it to Como or to the top of Brunate. It is much easier to get off at the top of Brunate and walk downhill to the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊

Smještaj je bio jako ugodan, čist i predivno rustikalno uređen. Kuća se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji s divnim pogledom na jezero, a upute koje smo dobili su nam omogućile da dođemo do nje bez problema. Također, u smještaju su nas dočekala svježa jaja, sok, slatkiši, pjenušac i drugi pokloni, što je vrlo lijepo i pohvalno. Svaka preporuka za ovaj smještaj ako želite miran i ugodan odmor, mi smo se osjećali kao kod kuće.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und super eingewiesen. Ein wunderbarer Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen, direkt vom Haus aus kann man wunderbar wandern. Der Blick auf den See ist grandios, für uns mit zwei Hunden war die Lage perfekt, alles gut erreichbar und trotzdem völlig entspannt. Die Ausstattung ist super, von Wärmflasche bis Zitronenpresse ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen, nur ist eine Woche leider viel zu kurz gewesen 😁 Alles tiptop!

This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Francos Haus am See und waren rundum begeistert und zufrieden!Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen und nan will gar nich nehr weg wenn man auf der Terasse über dem See sitzt und zu jeder Tageszeit eine andere Stimmung geniessen kann! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Franco war sehr nett,hat uns persönlich empfangen und wir durften auch am Abreisetag das Haus noch länger nutzen!Danke dafür Franco! Das Haus war sehr schön und detailgenau eingerichtet,mit vielen persönlichen Erinnerungen! In der Küche war alles nötige vorhanden!Alles wunderbar!!Danke wir denken gerne an diese wunderbaren Tage zurück und werden bestimmrt wiederkommen!

We absolutely loved staying here. The location in Bellano was so charming and peaceful and the apartment is close to the ferry and bus stop. Downstairs we found an awesome gelato spot and some cute restaurants! Marco went above and beyond to communicate and check up on our stay. Everything was clean and modern. The unit was also very spacious. Comfy beds. Nothing bad to say!

Roberta’s home is AMAZING! It’s spacious, in a great location, and has the best view especially for sunset. We loved being right at the edge of city center and a quieter space to relax while being no more than 10 min walk to the furthest restaurant. Don’t forget to look at Roberta’s beautiful paintings around the house and stop at her shop down the road! We’ll certainly stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Blue Boat Apartment! Es war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Silvia und Gigi haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für unsere 10 Monate alte Tochter hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Wir werden die Aussicht und den Flair sehr vermissen. Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

Un posto meraviglioso dove si può godere a 360 gradi della vista sul lago. Appartamento spazioso e arredato molto bene. Parcheggio privato al chiuso, facile se hai un’auto piccola. Completamente silenzioso la notte. A piedi si raggiungono ristoranti, piccoli supermercati e il traghetto per andare ovunque sul lago.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Silvia empfangen. Der Check-in verlief sehr reibungslos. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und gerne dort Zeit verbracht. Silvia hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das absolute Highlight ist der Balkon und der Pool. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolutely LOVED staying at Anna's apartment! We adored Argegno - a lovely historic town that was much quieter than surrounding towns. Anna's apartment was spacious and the terrace and views were breathtaking. Anna was a wonderful host who was very quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again.

La villa est idéalement situé au calme mais à proximité immédiate des centres d intérêt , Christian qui nous a accueilli nous a aidé d une manière incroyable tout au long du séjour , nous conseillant les bons restaurants et bar à vin , aidant pour trouver des entrées pour la visite de la villa balbianello et des jardin alors que affiche complet partout , proposant de réserver les restaurant pour nous , vérifiant les horaire d ouverture des magasins pour faites des emplettes de dernière minute , bref nous avons êta véritablement cocooné tout le séjour . Et l appartement que dire a par incroyable ! La vue est à coupé le souffle , la terrasse est une merveille a tout heure ! C est véritablement un endroit magique. Et Christian nous l a dit en arrivant , l âme du lac de Côme c est ici à Varenna nous ne pouvons qu approuver !

It's definitely a very nice apartment and the swimming pool and view of the lake makes the stay even better. Also, Anna, the host, had been very informative, super responsive and very helpful right from the inquiry stage about the apartment. Besides providing a comprehensive guide manual for the guests, she was in constant communication with us right from the start of booking the apartment and even after the check-out to ensure everything went well for her guests. Anna recommended on how to reach the restaurants, supermarkets and the attractions at Lake Como and even offered help to make reservations at the restaurants as they were often fully booked. A well-equipped, maintained apartment managed by an excellent host who will do everything within her means to ensure her guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay! We’ve had a fantastic stay at this apartment!. The view was phenomenal!!!. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, plenty of space and 3 balconies where we could admire the views of the lake. The apartment is in such a perfect position and location. It is definitely THE BEST view of the lake. We did have a car and found this useful but it’s only a 20-25 min walk (uphill) and in my opinion it wasn’t too bad. Varenna was lovely, the scenery absolutely stunning and it’s been an amazing trip!. The hosts were great and had great communication. Thanks again for a great stay! We would recommend!

Perfect place for our group of 2 couples. One bedroom large and the other small but had a bathroom each. Air conditioning was welcome as it was warmer than we were expecting. Very small, one person kitchen that had everything we needed. Amazing dining room in the tower and very special balcony where we had dinner each evening. A bonus for an airbnb was the included buffet breakfast in the hotel.

Wir waren von Michele’s Unterkunft begeistert und hatten ein paar schöne Tage dort. Auch die ganze Abwicklung hat super unkompliziert geklappt. Klare Empfehlung
