Erika was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The accommodation was very clean, spacious with all the amenities. It is well located, a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store 10 minutes' walk away. We were greeted by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the necessary information and instructions for accessibility to the accommodation. I recommend this place and I would not hesitate to go back.

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

This property has everything. The canal views are spectacular. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Close enough to St. Lucia to walk. Also close to both the tourists hot spots and local areas. Host was amazing. We highly recommend!

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

It was great stay! I enjoyed a lot, beautiful neighbourhood, not far from Venice! The flat was clean, good condition and taken care well. It made me to feel, that im at home. Monica is the kindest host 100% ever! For sure coming back!

We love the way this place is decorated. My children said they felt like they were staying in a royal palace. And to top it all off, we arrived to find a surprise basket of all kinds of goodies and even food in the fridge because they knew we were getting in late after the stores had closed. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Venice. The windows open directly to the grand Canal. What an experience! We loved the little sitting area by the dock. They coordinated breakfast for us and we out by the water. Best memory in Venice to be honest! Great service and food. Very helpful and would stay again.

This place is in a great location, on a canal, very walkable to everything. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and one night at the end. It started to feel like home away from home. Maddalena was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Stefano was amazing! I booked my three generation trip to Italy a year in advance and Stefano was there every step of the way. Always responsive and helpful! He set up a water taxi pick up for us when we arrived and left. He also set up a private one hour tour when we arrived with the water taxi. Great suggestions on where to eat and sites to see. Loved how his home was right by its own piazza and it was wonderful to be submersed in the local community. It was nice being here and we could walk to San Marco square, Rialto Bridge. It was nice to be outside the crowds of Venice after a fun filled day. Beautiful location and home. I would come back again and recommend to family and friends. We felt right at home. We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything is very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach spot, umbrella and 2 sunbeds, included in the apartment fee, is very much appreciated. The balcony offers the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, who was very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we will gladly return.

We were very warmly received by the two, where we were first shown the apartment and the garden. It was all nice and clean. The kitchen and the grill also invite you to cook for yourself and enjoy the tranquility on the terrace. We would always take the apartment again! 😊

a very nice house, Gina with her family - nice, available and very helpful. The rooms are very large, beautifully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and very spacious toilet. The garden is beautiful, large, as well as a beautiful swimming pool. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The place is very quiet 20 minutes from Venice, lots of restaurants and shopping centres are very close, including a large outlet. Thanks to Gina and her family we had a wonderful time in her house.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the stay at Fabienne's. Friendly host, very attentive to us, helps us by sometimes dropping us off at the bus stop, the property is spotless and beautiful... I recommend it 100% and I will come back You won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and peaceful house surrounded by nature. It’s private, well-kept, dog friendly and the pool was a great bonus. The host was super friendly, responsive, and gave us excellent local recommendations. We’d love to come back!

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.

Super weekend in the name of relaxation, the host was not very kind, but I was super well again thanks to Francesco and his wife who were super kind and helpful, I will definitely be back as soon as I can 😌🫶🏽
