The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Small cozy nest, in the countryside between vines and undergrowth Nice modern house, located in a very quiet and green place, fully equipped, kitchen open to living room with private wooded terrace,garden adjoining the accommodation, bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). Stunning window views of the Montagne vineyard. 4 restaurants and a bakery in the village (Mountain 1.5 km) 18 minutes from the aquatic center. We have a very nice dog (Breton spaniel).
