On the ground floor there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue with a mini kitchen available to guests from all 3 apartments. All apartments have Wi-Fi and Internet TV, air conditioning and a washing machine for use. The distance from the sea and the beach is less than 5 minutes on foot, and from the center of Malinska 5 minutes by car.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
