Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Poprad District

A place worth recommending, we were in 8 people, very comfortable living,everyone had a lot of privacy, there are 4 bathrooms in the house there is a fireplace and you can smoke in it, there is also a shed and you can bake sausages, it is very homely and has a great aura:) just 300m next to it is a super tasty restaurant , we are all delighted with the stay:)

We have absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back! Ronald is an excellent host. He was always helpful, kind and left very clear instructions for everything. The house is just perfect. Everything was prestine clean, brand new and just so beautiful! His house had everything you may need. We are a family woth 2 small children, and absolutely loved our stay there. The kids had loads of fun playing in the snow at Tatranska lomnica (only a short car ride away). There are many walking trails nearby too! There is a supermarket only 5 minute drive away, which was very handy! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much, for such a magical experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place and neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's also close to the mountains, making it a great base for hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the area. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating, very flexible with check in and check out times, always available to help with any questions or recommendations. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

We spent a very pleasant weekend in this vintage house, very clean and well equipped. The main asset is its garden. Close to the Tatra hikes, we had a great weekend.

The place is bigger than we expected. There are plenty games for kids and the place has nice garden and fireplace.

Our stay at Ján's apartment was very pleasant. Communication via chat was a bit bumpy at first, which is probably due to the translation of AirBnB. Nevertheless, we found everything well. On site, we were greeted by Ján's son-in-law, who spoke English very well, so we could communicate easily. He was very friendly and helpful. From him we got tips for worthwhile excursions in the area. The apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished - we felt comfortable. It offers plenty of space and we had the opportunity to use the seating in the garden. The listing description on AirBnB is accurate. The neighborhood is very quiet. We thank Ján and his family for their hospitality and wish them all the best!

Beautiful house just a short walk from the cog railway stop to Strbske pleso. Spacious and cozy rooms with a welcoming host in a great location. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for only a short time at Michael's place, but we would love to come back for longer. The chalet was absolutely beautiful and so cosy. Michal welcomed us and gave us some great suggestions for bars/restaurants, as well as some incredible suggestions of places to see on our roadtrip. I would absolutely recommend staying here, we will definitely be back soon.

Very nice apartment. Everything you need. Unfortunately, it is sometimes a bit noisy from the street at night. Not dramatic but I woke up several times after all. Good location for reaching the pedestrian area.

Amazing apartment in the cottage in mountains. Well-equipped with everything necessary. Heating is good, it was very warm. Dusan provides a nice hand-crafted guide with spots of interest nearby. Highly recommended.

Very clean and tidy apartment. Everything according to descriptions and photos. Amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Communication and key transfer went very smoothly, although we booked but1 very late. Very pleasantly surprised by the wine with two glasses in the living room. This is my first airbnb booking in slovakia and I was a little hesitant at first. I didn't need to be Lucia is very responsive and very helpful. we arrived at a time we arranged.she gave us a tour and our excitement grew from room to room. the cottage is fantastic with a real old, warm and cosy feel. the fireplace. outdoor barbecue, tennis court and swimming pool were awesome. there is a small shop nearby which sells small snacks, a kids park about 30 seconds from the front door and woods immediately behind the property for nice woods nature walks. we travelled with a lot of young kids (from 1 to 8 years old) and they didn't have a minutes boredom in the whole stay. very reluctant to leave what was a cottage full of memories made. thanks Lucia, I'm sure we will be visiting again 👍

The please is so cosy and comfortable. Location is good even if you don’t have a car - is quite close to Elektricka tram. The communication and the process of accommodation was fine without any problems even though we’ve arrived late at night. Highly recommend everyone looking a quiet cosy place in around.

We had a short but sweet stay! I would highly recommend this property for larger families. Everything was pristine. The accommodation is light, modern and very spacious. The views of the mountains from the villa are something spectacular. The location itself is a close drive to many ski slopes and to the mountains for anyone who likes hiking.
