Welcome to our beautiful accommodation located in the heart of Old Town Nessebar, just 10 meters from the beach! Our charming house offers a spacious and comfortable living space on the second floor, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and a single regular bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. The highlight of our accommodation is undoubtedly the terrace, which provides a breathtaking direct sea view of the eastern side of old Nessebar beachline.

The villa is located at the far end of Byala, with views on the Black Sea (but only between the trees and a property) and fields. It is great for big families or groups of up to 12 people. It has a private pool, sauna, outside oven (barbeque), and a lot of terraces. Everywhere is wifi and there are also wired connections available. We are still working on a kind of chill room / tv room. It is 900 meters from the nearest beach. Every bedroom has its own flat panel tv and its own bathroom.

It is located in the Zora villa area, at the northern end of Sunny Beach. Situated in a very quiet charming street, it offers peace and quiet but is also less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and the bars and restaurants of Sunny beach.

First floor: dining area with kitchen, TV and bathroom; Second floor: 2 bedrooms, terrace and bathroom; Third floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large terrace with exterior furniture. Parking spot. Air conditioners only on third floor! The beach is 600 metres walking distance.
