Villa Joko: eco-friendly pool, by the sea

It is an old cabin from the 1960s, acquired in 2008, renovated and improved by me, with attention to respecting its uniqueness and authenticity. It is for travelers looking for a simple, warm place close to the life of the locals. Guests who prioritize comfort, modernity and the guarantee of a stay without unforeseen events will inevitably be disappointed.

The contemporary villa features a spacious pool area surrounded by sun loungers made of wood. A caregiver is seen maintaining the pool, with the modern building's exterior and lush tropical plants in the background, all bathed in late afternoon sunlight.

It's just 270 yards from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Somone lagoon, a natural reserve for oysters and birds. It's also at the heart of a charming tourist village, with its market and plenty of shops and good restaurants in a very quiet street.
