Ideal for 2! Our “Gardenhouse” is located in the historical center of Sarzana, a popular Ligurian town on the border with Tuscany. It's a private property that has recently been completely refurbished, therefore we can offer our Guests a small yet modern & cozy ambiance. Our Rooms for Rent has its own private garden overlooking the “Firmafede” Castle, a stunning view. Passing through the “Porta Romana” you will see the first shops and enjoy some pleasant time at the bars, restaurants close by.

Like a time capsule this floor of the house is like going back to the 80s. while being in a 1000 years old village the apartment is decorated with a 1980s theme. enjoy the view from the master bedroom and the living room window.
