Other than the walk from the car to the rental unit the place was outstanding. Antonio was kind to provide a ride to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and departure. The view was spectacular and the unit is immaculate. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you for your kindness we loved it

The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature with stunning view of Capri. Super comfortable and clean, fully equipped kitchen (there is even a wine cooler) spacious and modern. Located five min drive from the center of Termini where you can find Alimentati, Bar, ATM and Salvatore & Mafalda - a good restaurant worth visiting. Since i love to experience local food all over the world, a must visit restaurant ,to my humble opinion ( 5 Min from Termini center) is Nastro D'Oro. Three generation family restaurant run by FRANCESCO, the food is remarkable, personal warm hospitality and the stunning view is a bonus. In short, Viviana's place is as great as the reviews say! Viviana is a terrific host; kind, thoughtful and always responsive. We felt very welcome and she left us some lovely gifts throughout our month long stay. Checkin was easy thanks to her excellent communication. The apartment feels bigger than the photos and it has everything you could need. It was very clean, the bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is perfect. Working remote is easy; the WiFi is strong and never gave any trouble. Termini is a step back in time. Only 30-40 minutes to Sorrento and Positano by scooter (best way to explore) but feels totally removed from the tourist hubs. You have 3 amazing restaurants within 3 minutes walk. Try Eughene's, Bar de Simone and Salvatore & Mafalda (or Relais Blu for a Michelin star). The best free beach is near La Perla in Nerano and there are two lovely walks on your doorstep; to Punta Campanalla and San Castanzo. Amazing views of Capri. You will not regret staying in Viviana's!

Serena's place was perfect for us! She met us when we arrived to show us the house and gave us tons of recommendations. She helped us book a boat tour to Almafi and Positano. And gave us instructions on the local bus route. The house was perfect for us and a welcome retreat from the business of nearby towns and cities. The house was so large, quiet and clean. A perfect stay!
