At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the singing of the birds, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs and the sheep are all there to help you unwind for a while in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

La Vieille Grange: your countryside getaway!

In the countryside, 1.5 hours from Paris (train station 2.5 km away), this Percheron barn renovated by an American architect offers all the necessary comfort. With family, friends or for professional stays, with an area of 110 m² with its 3 bedrooms, it will allow everyone to have their own space and then meet in the cathedral room! Remake the world, doze off, cook or if you prefer to get some air, go to the bottom of the garden or to the state forest (2 km) which will welcome you with open arms!

Old barn with garden that offers the charm of the old and modern comfort, in the heart of the Perche forest. Julie offers for rent her percheron nest located 3 km from the city center of Senonches, with all its shops (restaurants, bakeries, butchers, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, cinema...) located 100 km from Paris and 30 minutes from Chartres. Great for families or groups of friends, for walks and flea markets! Loupe train station 10 km away (direct to Montparnasse train station)

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Small charming house in the heart of the Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature, not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. Stay in a quiet cocoon in the middle of nature, warm up by the fire and share a barbecue at the fireplace or outdoors, with family or with your friends. Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

A car will pick you up from PARIS MONTPARNASSE at 1:15 am. We are 10 minutes from the COURVILLE-SUR-EURE train station Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
