Venez séjourner dans notre charmant studio de 30m2 situé juste à côté de notre habitation mais complètement indépendant! Il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour et est idéal pour un couple. Pour passer d'agréables vacances vous pourrez disposer d'une terrasse privatisée ainsi que de notre piscine chauffée et des vélos électriques seront également mis à votre disposition. La location est à la semaine pendant la période estivale (du samedi au samedi), avec draps et serviettes fournies.

Grande villa d'architecte sur un terrain arboré de 1505 m2 vu sur le green avec piscine chauffée (4*8m2) au sel. Belle terrasse en bois, chaises longues, Table ping-pong, vélos. Elle est composé d'un salon séjour (télé, piano) cuisine ouverte aménagée, 4 chambres dont une suite parentale (lit 160,sdb privée, 2 chambres (lit 140) et une chambre avec téléviseur (2 lits 90), 3 salles d'eau, 4 wc, un cellier et une salle de jeux (billard, baby-foot). Appareils ménagers, et literie neufs.

Le Relais de la Planquette is a recent and peaceful accommodation overlooking the meadow facing the forest. After a beautiful day, a change of scenery spent on one of our beaches at the ocean or lakes, enjoy its terrace and living room. The exceptional view is ideal for a friendly moment with friends or family. After the aperitif, you can enjoy your grilled meats prepared on the BBQ or plancha. And finally, there is nothing better than a moment of relaxation in the HOT TUB or pool.

The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

3 km from the center of Vieux-Boucau, located in the heart of an airial, surrounded by pine trees and centuries-old cork oaks, this house is a haven of peace, close to the ocean beaches. Ideal for meeting up with family or friends, the house can accommodate up to 15 people, divided into 5 bedrooms.

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
