Una vera casatorre medievale di avvistamento del X secolo dei Malaspina nel borgo di Irola ( Villafranca in Lunigiana, Alta Toscana): un soggiorno raro tra pietra antica, atmosfera d'epoca e comfort moderni. La casa è unica nella zona e conserva dettagli autentici come pietre secolari, tetto a vista in castagno, ed un bagno con doccia nella roccia. This pleasingly configured old farmhouse accommodates twelve guests in six bedrooms, three of which are downstairs, converted from what was originally the cantina, each with double beds and doors to the outside. These three bedrooms share a shower/bathroom and a separate shower room and bathroom products are provided in every bathroom. Upstairs one double bedroom is en-suite and two other double bedrooms, both of which can be converted into twin rooms on request, share a spacious bathroom.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.
