Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

We offer a part of our house for the summer: an open space studio of about 60 square meters, with independent entrance and covered outdoor space, 2 beds (it is possible to add a third cot). The house is located on the hills of Bologna, in an isolated place, very quiet and immersed in greenery, about 20 minutes by car from the city. Ideal for those who want to stay close to the city, but want to spend the summer in a charming place, in the middle of nature.

The location is great for reaching the many places of interest in the city. The apartment is very close to Riale station, so it is perfect for those who move by public transport.
