Family home close to all amenities, you will be at the foot of the clock tower in the heart of old Avallon in this building full of charm and history. Within walking distance, you'll find cultural activities such as museums, the House of the Sires, ramparts and the cathedral, as well as sporting activities such as hiking, the Grenouille circuit and ..... Take advantage of the forests and lakes (pedalos, boats, canoes and swimming).

La grange

Old barn renovated with quality materials including a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a bed 110 cm wide, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a sofa bed living room with equipped kitchen and a terrace. You access it through a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

Logis "Guenièvre" is on the 1st floor of a building from 1732, completely restored. In the historic center of Avallon, this special place is close to everything, such as the Clock Tower, the tourist office, the Collegiate Church of Saint Lazare, the museum, and 50 m from the ramparts, making it easy to plan your visit. You can also walk to the bakery or restaurants such as Dame Jeanne, Cuisine Angeline and many others in 2 minutes.

The Baker's House

Located in the center of the village, the baker's house, furnished with tourist facilities *** *, is a place steeped in history. Restored with the Fondation du Patrimoine label and tastefully furnished, the former village bakery has become a beautiful house where you like to meet family or friends. Linens are optional as well as the end of stay cleaning. La Conciergerie Les Prés Damoiseau will accompany you during your stay.
