Vim commemorating my birthday with my family and I only have to thank Matheus and his Wife, who are excellent hosts, wonderful couple we made them feel like homeowners, welcomed us very well, very active, answer the questions very quickly, not to mention that the house really is wonderful, all new and quality, home very comfort and with excellent space, excellent pool and with protection for small children not to access without an adult. And a very large and very comfortable house with a projector to watch on a big screen. Everything very well thought out and planned. We comment on air-conditioning and Matheus is already preparing to put on the air-conditioning, and will still make a new deck with coverage. Matheus many friends have already asked me for their contact, because they like the photos I posted from the house and will make the reservation with you. Spacious, comfortable and very complete house, next to the beach and surrounded by green area. Great kitchen, with all necessary utensils and appliances. All air-conditioned environments, tv with streaming for rainy days. You find everything to relax, have fun, catch a beach and enjoy!

Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. I will definitely return.

Simply perfect! The house is amazing, super new, very well cared for, with no defects. Everything was impeccably clean and fragrant, which makes all the difference in the experience. The barbecue area is a delight, perfect for gathering the family, and the pool is wonderful, very well maintained, with clean water, a delight to enjoy all day. Another super positive point is the location: very close to the beach! You can walk peacefully. It was a wonderful stay, I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back.
