The apartment is well located with a spectacular view of the coast and Morro do Careca, a well-functioning kitchen with a spacious refrigerator, a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning.

Very good accommodation. Everything as described. Facing the beach. Large garage. Great restaurants nearby. Good mattress and pillows. The air conditioning cools well. Cable TV. Nothing to complain about.

All perfect!! The beautiful, clean, super cozy apartment, we love every detail, we didn't even want to leave.. Everything within the accesses, from André, the porters of the condominium itself. We try to enjoy everything, the pool, fitness center, we love the market.. Uber was accepting fast, it was my first experience and it was great, I intend to come back again!!! We did some walks, I gave preference to agencies that took and searched the condominium, since I did not rent a car.. If you're interested, I recommend it!

nothing to complain about, everything was clean, bed and bath clothes smelling good, kitchen with everything you need, refrigerator freezing super well, great air conditioning, wonderful hot shower, with iron, hair dryer, makeup wipes, cap to keep hair dry. The place is beautiful and very pleasant, would come back other times. The leisure area is a strong point, beautiful and with many options of rest .. The sea is very intense. The condominium is close to easy access.

The holiday apartment was very organized. Larissa responded very quickly to the doubts that were clarified with her. She is very considerate and kind. Marvelous space for children. We really enjoyed your stay!

The apartment is impeccable, with a clean and organized atmosphere that conveys coziness and tranquility. Each room is well lit, with pleasant and functional decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The furniture is well maintained and arranged in a practical way, while the air is fresh and the overall feeling is one of care and zeal. However, the entrance has a small setback: the doorman, on two occasions, tried to prevent access, which can cause some discomfort. Despite this, the interior of the apartment compensates for any inconvenience, being a comfortable and well-maintained refuge.

I recommend the accommodation. The view of the Ap is great, you can see the whole black beach. Apartment in a residential condominium, quiet and well ventilated. Good pool. Comfortable rooms. The kitchen with several utensils as per advertisement. The host is great. Great location close to pharmacies, mini markets, bakeries and some restaurants. It is possible to walk on the beach along the black-tip slopes.

Great place, well located, easy access to the centre by car and the apartment is very comfortable

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting. I will come back for sure.

Excellent stay, home very cozy and complete with all the necessary utensils, very quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Spotless cleaning. It has beautiful plants. Very attentive host, she gave all the guidelines and responds very quickly. I'll definitely be back again!!!

Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

The one thing I will say is the pictures of the place don't do it justice. Not only is the house very large and spacious, it's located it a lovely gated community which has a number of nice pools, tennis court, workout room, etc. It's also steps from 2 private beaches. Also, you couldn't ask for a more hospitable host. Michelle and Rose were extremely quick to fix any issues we had. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. We couldn't have been happier.

The location of the house is very good for walking to UFRN and also to Ponta Negra beach, it is close to everything. I highly recommend this Airbnb.
