Beautiful and incredible view of the sea at Ponta Negra.

With a stunning sea view, the apartment is cosy, simple and quiet. A grassy and well-forested area with adult and children's pools. Come and enjoy your holidays, public holidays or business trips. The en suite has a balcony with a hammock from which you can see the sea. Central location 100 m from the beach, near Morro do Careca. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, a 24-hour bank, churches and restaurants on the street. There is a health centre nearby, and it is a 4-minute walk to Ponta Negra Beach using the access next to the barbecue area.
