It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. Excellent stay! What wonderful days my family and I spent in Francisco's space. Everything was very organized and clean, an amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a great trip to Natal. Easy and fast communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

First time I use Airbnb, but the house is great, very spacious, if you want more privacy and the 3 bedrooms is not enough, it has a closed balcony, which also serves as a room, Gustavo was super considerate, I want to book more times.

The house is wonderful, super comfortable, safe, quiet neighborhood and with great location. We were very well accommodated, our family loved it! Mr. Valter is super attentive and responds promptly! We intend to return and will refer to our friends.

Excellent space. Smells good, comfortable, pleasant to be in. With everything you need for a good stay (clean and fragrant bed linen, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue). Close to the beach and close to the center of Ponta Negra (10 km by car). We love the space in general and would definitely come back.

Great house, the place is perfect. The house has a great location, it is possible to walk to the market, the fair, among other places. It is possible to order everything by phone as they deliver. The house has an impeccable structure, the rooms super comfortable, a perfect architecture. The leisure space is wonderful, the beach is one of the most beautiful and clean I could visit in Natal, on the weekend it is busiest, and there are some restaurants that you can go by the sand. And the best of all is the girls who provide service in the house, super attentive and helpful, leave the environment all organized and clean, cook very well, and perfectly served us, that we were in a group of 18 people. On top of everything, the host is super responsible, and helpful, whenever I needed it was available to answer my doubts. Anyway, super recommend the house, and I will definitely go back again, because the place is perfect for those who really want to enjoy and rest.

Great stay. Easy place to access Beaches of the South and North as well as the Praia de Ponta Negra itself (which we do not enjoy ... we prefer to move to the most peaceful Southern as the North). It is interesting to program a car or apps for qq locomotion/access. The advertisement fulfills what it promises and the cost X benefit is great. The hostess is helpful and always with prompt response. Full apto, clean, airy, without the smell of mold, 02 full bathrooms, great and covered garage, new air conditioning (02) and functioning perfectly beyond the fans for those who do not like air conditioning (my case in specific) TEN NOTE

Great place to stay , a good location, there are little bars nearby for those who like to enjoy the night . The site was clean and well-organized, reception staff are well-educated. The hosts were very flexible, gave tips on things around the flat and responded very quickly. I and my cousin love it, we will definitely return .

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!

A shame we stayed so little, it served us super well. Pertinho da Praia e do AP we can see the bald hill and contemplate the sea. Lots of bars and restaurants. Great structure.

Uniu site and beach in one place. A true phenomenon. The exact place for those who want to escape the rush of the world and disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. But if the idea is sun, beach and agito, it's also a great option! I'm really glad I found this place! We had a wonderful experience during the 45 days we spent in Paraíso Capri. The apartment completely exceeded our expectations — everything was brand new, well-equipped, comfortable and with modern decor that made us feel at home from day one.
