Beautiful place. Good beds. A little cold in the main room despite turning heat up but to be fair it was cold outside too. No dishwasher. Beautiful views! Impossible to park car in garage with other cars in front. Maybe a small car would have more luck. But these are just details. Overall great, central spot!

This apartment is fabulous. The apartment is very nicely decorated. The view is really great. Location is much appreciated. We had a great time in this apartment. It is very spacious, bright and the large terrace is really nice. So the big plus is the sauna in one of the bedrooms and it was really very relaxing to use it. The kitchen is very functional. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. In addition, Louis and his team are very responsive and flexible. They are attentive and understanding. I really recommend this place and I would not hesitate to book it again if I have to go back to Caen with family or friends.

this place is nice right next to all the bars, cafes, and restaurant you could possibly want. the only thing is the toilet is not on the same floor as the bedroom. so, if you have mobility problems or a weak bladder you should reconsider. I loved the apertment though I am not complaining. this place was nice and remodeled.

Great location and great hosts. Location was good for walks into city center, or day trips throughout the Normandy area. Hosts were exceptional with communication when we had questions. Excellent instruction book and restaurant recommendations for places in the neighbourhood.

Very nice and well-equipped house. Three bathrooms is a real plus. In winter, don't be impressed by the rather sad exterior. It is certain that from spring onwards, everything is different. But anyway, as soon as you push the door, everything is fine. The wood fire is always a pleasure. It advantageously replaces the television, which does not work (but it may be a good constraint to have to do without it for a few days). On a practical level, you have to travel about ten kilometers to find shops (La Ferté-Macé). Same for walks in the woods. I recommend this good place and do not rule out returning in the summer.

Beautiful house, well decorated where you can almost feel at home. The place is very quiet. The local, the Lulu cat, is very friendly. To not spoil anything, there is a very nice terrace.

It was a very pleasant stay. We stayed there for a week and visited everything we wanted about D-Day. The hostess is very friendly and everything we needed was present in the cottage. The cottage was very neat and very clean. In short, it is highly recommended to stay for a week.

We were very well hosted by Sophie, who was responsive and flexible for both check-in and out. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped with excellent quality furniture. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the calm of this top floor (there is currently work near the building, but they were stopped this Christmas period). The location is perfect since the accommodation is in the heart of Bagnoles, next to the Lake and small shops (including the bakery). If we have a chance, we will gladly return to Sophie's apartment.

A good studio with all the amenities you need, especially the kitchen was very well equipped. The common premises in the building are clean and convenient. Communication with Aurélie and her colleagues was easy and enjoyable.

I had a great time in this warm, clean and very well-equipped studio. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, perfect for relaxation. The owner is welcoming and very responsive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Small downside: the parking space is a little narrow.
