On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. En Drôme provençale, à côté de Grignan, entre vignes et lavande, notre gîte est le seul de la propriété. Il se trouve à l'étage, pour quatre personnes adultes, attenant aux mas des propriétaires. Pièce à vivre de 48 m2, avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, coin détente avec téléviseur 127 cms, climatisation. Suite parentale de 35 m2 avec douche italienne, double vasques, wc indépendant, climatisation. Mezzanine de 30 m2. Les deux lits font 160X200. Terrasse privative avec barbecue weber.

Gite du Rocher 1 - Vercors

Face aux falaises de Presles et à la grotte de Choranche, le gîte est un appartement totalement indépendant et ouvert pour 2 (voire 4) adultes et un enfant, dans cette ancienne ferme typique, habitée par les propriétaires. Vous avez une terrasse privative avec une vue exceptionnelle, et vous avez accès libre au grand jardin. Au sein du Parc Régional, dans une zone Natura 2000, le gite a un accès direct à la forêt. Il est un très bon point de départ aux époustouflants Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Levez les yeux au ciel la journée pour observer des vautours et la nuit pour vous émerveiller de la splendeur des étoiles. Ce lieu vous enchantera par la nature environnante, son petit ruisseau, la faune et la flore des Baronnies. The property features a private terrace and a large park shared with the residents of the property. In summer, you can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and garden furniture. If you come as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide guests with access to bicycles.

Between Drôme and Vercors mountains, your refuge is located in the heart of nature, in the small town of Gigors-et-Lozeron. Come and enjoy a sublime setting with magnificent hikes from the accommodation, and the possibility depending on the season, if luck is with you, to hear or even observe the magnificent deer rut from the refuge! You can also explore the surroundings, up to Die and its Clairette, or the extraordinary synclinal perched in Saoû!

Cabane de trappeur depuis août 2020

Pour un désire instinctif de se sentir bien. Venez vous ressourcer en pleine nature dans une cabane de trappeur. La forêt ses odeurs, le ciel, le bruit de l'eau. Faire un saut dans le temps, se réapproprier le passé pour mieux appréhender notre modernité. Une cabane de trappeur en pleine nature composée d'un coin cuisine, coin repas et salon. A l’étage couchage lit double. Il faut penser à apporter vos draps et vos serviettes.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Grand studio indépendant - Hameau de Truchard

Le Hameau de Truchard se situe à moins de 3km de Die. Cette maison de maître (18ème) fait partie d'un corps de ferme. La propriété s’étend sur 8 ha de prés et de bois. C’est un endroit calme et agréable. Le chemin d’accès privatif n'est utilisé que pour le passage du facteur.
