On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. Le logement dispose d'une terrasse privative et un grand parc partagé avec les habitants de la propriété. L'été vous bénéficierez du confort de la climatisation et d'un salon de jardin. Si vous venez en famille avec votre bébé, nous avons tout l'équipement nécessaire (lit à barreau, baignoire, tapis de jeu, transat...). Le gîte est situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Die, et à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Nous mettons également à disposition des voyageurs des vélos.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

La Grange

This renovated barn, ideal for a quiet weekend at the foot of the But Saint-Genix, is between the town of Die (15 min away) and the Quint Valley. The Forest, mountain or riverside ballads are less than 7 km away. This accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room area with a pellet stove and a comfortable double sofa bed. Fully equipped!
