I stayed at the Oak Trail in over the summer for an internship in Wakefield, and I have only good things to say about Kristie as well as her place. She was so kind and accommodating, and not only put my mind at ease about staying in a state 16 hours away from my home, but my mom’s as well. She will make you feel at home:)

I am a pipefitter who travels constantly, most of the places I stay are average for accommodations I am not to picky as long as the places takes dogs, has a hot shower and clean sheets, so booking this place was like renting a loft on fifth ave in New York ! By far the best place I have ever stayed did I spoil myself a little ?yes, was it worth it ? Absolutely !

Nathan’s home was a wonderful stay for our group- so much that we have returned now twice for our college reunion. Centrally located and close enough to drive to Sioux City to enjoy the sites. This home was very private and gave our large group the space we needed to reconnect. Highly recommend this rental!
