Just a short walk from the water (2 min, NOT lakefront, side street). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. The large double lot sometimes has guests in a camper on the 2nd lot and a shared firepit. If you have a ranger or golf cart with orv stickers they are legal.

Absolutely stunning place! We didn't want to leave. We brought our dogs and they had an absolute blast swimming in Lake Minnow. My wife and I enjoyed walking around the lake early in the morning with a cup of coffee and having bonfires at night making S'mores and cooking Koegel hot-dogs over the flames. An absolutely perfect Michigan retreat!

We were very impressed with this place. She was very responsive with messaging. Her son works in the property and that was helpful when checking into the place. Very spacious AMAZING views. I would definitely go back if I ever need somewhere to stay with a good amount of people. Spacious homie and lots of indoor and outdoor space. It was perfect for me and my bridal party to stay at the weekend of our wedding. Fire out outside and lots of areas to explore. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Pics just as it was! Outside just a typical house inside you can tell it was gutted and all redid beautifully! Decorations are on point! Host responded and checked in just to be sure all was well… loaded with more amenities than I even knew of! Super impressed with this stay beds were so comfy! Loved the living room furniture nicer than what’s in my own house currently all truly made leaving sad but happy to be home with my puppies:)
