I want to say thank you to Olga for the beautiful apartment, the location pleased me, it takes two minutes to walk to the sea! Olga's apartment has everything from small items (powders and toilet paper) . The apartment is spacious and there is plenty of room for two families to live comfortably. Very satisfied! I recommend! Here are more details: The hotel is clean and good for the kids. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment could have been better cleaned (I'm not the only one who mentioned it) sand, dust...and no TV. If not, beach games and umbrellas available very convenient! Very flexible check in and check out. We had a lovely time thank you

We spent time very nice, Olga great host. Sea approximately 300m from the apartment. Around a lot of restaurants and in the evening a lot of places where to go. Very nice Trakia animation team, were very interesting for children and for adults. Apartment a little bit old, but size are covering this, bathrooms its very comfortable. Of course wifi which included in rent cost, very nice present. Only be ready that windows are going to main road of Sunny beach, and in the evening its too loud from starting cars and motorbikes. In total I can recommend this apartment and host.

Lovely place. Good and dedicated hosts.

For us it was the ideal place. Spacious and with everything we needed. Coffee maker, fridge, AC and internet. An unexpected bonus was the smart TV on which I could mirror the contents of my phone. The shop downstairs is also a bonus as you don't have to go who knows where for a pack of cigarettes or something. I recommend!

The resort itself is wonderful, you really have everything in one place (swimming pools, beach, restaurants, shop) or nearby. If you don't want to, you don't have to go anywhere. Beautiful view from the windows, apartment as described and in the photos. In the kitchen, you will prepare meals, including simple dinners. You can ask about many things at the reception. Recommended.

The apartment is very modern and kept well clean. The location is located close to the centre in a quiet neighbourhood. I kept in touch with the host through Airbnb, he is very friendly and quick to respond. This apartment is definitely one recommendation for both a short and long-term stay. Thanks again to the host for the great time I had in this apartment.

Great little hotel. My room was like pictures 2 and 7. My stay was 1 night but it looks quite comfortable for longer stays too. Location was great for nearby restaurants and just a five minute walk to nightlife. Owner was quick with communication and friendly in person.

Good place, close to the sea. Parking is cramped. When we arrived, the security guard gave way to his place and helped to park. If there were parking issues, the hosts asked them to contact and help. Everything is comfy and good. Especially the fact that the sea is nearby, the area is green, there are swimming pools. I would like a safe, but the territory is guarded and there is a video surveillance. Terraces on both sides, which is very convenient. The hosts are good, the place is very nice. The sea is close - 1-2 min walk. The beach is downstairs. Shops are nearby. Nearby cafes including on-site cafes

Too good apartment, and the owner even better, really. It has everything you need, even for a longer stay. The owner has thought of everything, down to the last detail. The apartment is decorated with taste. Restaurants nearby great, pool awesome. Communication with Michael is great, friendly on the level. All kudos and recommendations!

I would definitely recommend this place. It felt right at home, I had the opportunity to have communicated to an amazing host. The place is between everything: good restaurants, pharmacies, daily activities, great clubs and the beach as well. If you come to St. Blas you should definitely visit this beautiful studio. 😍

The apartment matches the photos. They are in decent condition and conveniently located to the sea and infrastructure. All appliances are working properly. Plenty of dishes and linens. Host Igor is always available, ready to give the right advice and help if necessary. There is a desire to return!
