Kangaroos and emus are a common sight around the house, and walking trails from the house lead to some of the most spectacular views in the eastern Grampians.

We had an incredible stay at Jo’s place! The location was absolutely stunning—perfect for our friends catch up getaway. The whole property was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The amazing views, hot tub and wood heaters making it a great spot to relax and unwind. Only a 5-minute drive to Dunkeld made for a brief trip to the Royal Mail hotel for a divine dining experience at Parker Street Project. Highly recommended.

I stayed here with a group of friends to walk in the Grampians. This was our 6th visit to the Grampians in 2 years and this was the best place we have stayed at. The Floorplan is good with a well equipped kitchen (big tick) and a large open plan lounge and dining area with a fan forced slow combustion fireplace perfect for drying all out damp gear. Highly recommended.

Benjamin's place is a little work of art. It's not a typical bnb but something unique that one would like to experience if they could afford it. Affordability could be a factor for some but other than that a prefect beautiful get away where you don't need to leave the place to see views. It is right there for you from your room. The outdoor bath is heavenly and everything inside and outside is decorated and placed so thoughtfully and with so much love ❤️ Totally recommend it.
