We offer you a Burgundian immersion in an old "Folie" and then an old "Fruitier" totally renovated in 2021. 50m2, spacious, bright, charming and atypical. At the heart of the Châlons coast, a stone's throw from a 14th century ducal palace, the Fruitier de Germolles awaits you for a relaxing and unusual stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, bicycle and motorcycle garage, you will also have access to the swimming pool and a games room (table tennis, foosball and billiards).

Come and take a break in this small cozy completely refurbished accommodation located in the building of our main home. You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

Clos de Fougères Estate

In an old renovated barn, the accommodation offers a refined and elegant decor, with a wood fireplace for a cozy and warm stay in winter. The Clos de Fougères, perched at the top of the hills of wild Burgundy, is a privileged place to recharge your batteries and visit the region. This house nestled in the heart of one hectare of flowery and wooded gardens, will make you enjoy the calm of the quiet countryside, with its small paths for romantic walks

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.
